Terms for Purchase of Service Plans

iVeneration General Terms of Serviceand iVeneration Payment Termsin this Website/application when not in conflict with the following terms shall also apply to and bind the users in their purchase or extension of service plans.

1.       Nature

1.1            Good Ba Ba Technology Group Limited ("GBB") owns and operates the website at iVeneration.com and its mobile application (hereinafter collectivelyreferred to as "Website")and through the Website provides to users of the Website different service plans for purchase or upgrade, including the Free Plan, 1GB plan, 3GB plan, 5GB planand10GB plan, as well as other new service plans to be provided (hereinafterreferred to as "service plans"). In relation to such service plans, the following terms (hereinafter referred to as"Terms for Service Plan Purchase") shall govern the relationship between GBB, users who participate in the service plansand the other connected persons when applicable.

1.2            GBB will update the service plans and their contents from time to time, and the Terms for Service Plan Purchasewill also be updated from time to time. The updated terms will be announced inthe Website or emailed to users, and may take effect immediately.

2.       Content of Service Plans

2.1      The services provided by this Website include sacrificesshelf, ancestor memorial page, photo album, ancestors sound collection, ancestors video set, the ancestral family instructions, last wordsof ancestors, relatives message board, genealogy, veneration ritual activities etc.,and allow onefamily administrator and 99 affiliated members,and provide different sizes of storage spacefor different service plans. The content and nature of these services may be changed and updated from time to time, and when necessarythe changes will be announced in this Website or emailedto users.

2.2      Under the service plans, right and authority of individual users will from time to time be defined. Further, number of family administrators, number of ancestorsand affiliated members, and levelsof genealogy will all be set and limited. To ensure the effective and smooth operation of this Website for the users, the storage space for each type of service plans will have different form and degree of limitations.

2.3      In the use of the veneration ritual service provided by the Website, users may need to use points to buy sacrifices for the veneration ritual process(hereinafter referred to as "Points"). During the promotion period, this Website may provide a certain number of Points free of charge to the each of the users. When Points arealmost used up or after the Points are used up, the users who still need to use Points for the veneration ritual service may recharge the Points by paying the price set by this Website for the time being.

2.4      Regardless the nature of the service plans provided by the Website, users may at any time in accordance with the Terms for Points Recharge and the iVeneration Payment Terms at the price set by the Website from time to time purchase Points for recharging, in order to better use the veneration ritual service provided by the Website.

2.5      Until further notice, prior to the end of the existing service plan each registered user may purchase a new service plan or choose to upgrade the service planin accordance with the Terms for Upgrading service planto enjoy better service of this Website. If the user is purchasing a new service plan, then both the original service plan and the newly purchased service plan will exist at the same time while the data of the original plan will not be transferred to the newly purchased plan.If considered necessary, each registered user may own more than one service plans. If however the user is upgrading the plan, the data of the user in the original plan will be transferred to the newly upgraded service plan, upon which the original plan will end.

2.6      The system on this Website only allows users to renew the same service plan or upgrade the service plan, but does not allow users to downgrade theirservice plan to one with smaller storage space. Neither does the system on this Website allow other prepaid service plan users to downgrade their plans to the Free Plan.

3.       Purchase of New Service Plans

3.1      Except in the case of the Free Plan which does not have a fixed term, each of the service plans currently provided by this Website is for the term of one calendar year.If the user isusing other prepaid service plan, onemonth before the expirationof the existing service plan, this Website will through an automated system notify the user that the existing serviceplanis about to end and invite the user to renew the original service plan at the price for the time being. If the user has not renewed the existing service plan or purchased a new plan after the expiration of the original plan, this Website will also through an automated system send reminders to the user to renew the existing plan or to purchase a new plan, while the user may choose not to receive such emails.

3.2      If the user is using the First Year Free Basic Plan provided by this Website, prior to the expiration of the First Year Free Basic Plan, in addition to option to purchase a new prepaid service plan or upgrade the service plan, the user may request to swap to theFree Plan. If the administrators of the Website comply with such request of the First Year Free Basic Plan user to swap the original plan to the Free Plan, then the data of the user in original plan will be transferred to the new Free Plan, upon which the original plan will end. After the swap, any remaining Points of the user may still be used, but no additional Points will be awarded to the user with the Free Plan. If the user isusing other prepaid service plan, then before the end of the existing service plan, the user may choose to renew the original plan at the prevailing price for one year or upgrade the service plan in the manner stipulated in the Website for upgrading. If the user chooses to renew and payment is made before expiration of the original plan, the original service plan will be renewed for one year after the expiration of the original plan. If the user chooses to upgrade the service plan, reference will be made to the calculation method and arrangement as set out in the terms and conditions for upgrading applicable at the time of this Website.

3.3      If the user does not upgrade or purchase a new plan before the expiration of the original service plan, the authority of the family administrator will be terminated after the expiration of the original service plan, and the authority of the family administrator will immediately be reduced to the rights of the family member. Theautomated system of this Website will notify users of such change in authority.

3.4      Until further notice, after expiration of the original service plan the user who did not renew or upgrade the service plan will have a three-month buffer period commencing from the expiration of the original service plan. During the three-month buffer period, the user can visit this Websitein read-only formatand may use the veneration ritual service to consume the remaining Points. During the buffer period, the user may renew the original service plan or purchase a new service plan, which plan will begin on the date of payment confirmation.

3.5      After the expiration of the three-month buffer period,any remaining Points will be void and cannot be used in the veneration ritual service provided in the original service plan, in which event no refund or compensationwill be made by the Website or GBB.After the expiration of the three-month buffer period,all account informationof the user, including upload or input in the past, will be deleted by the system. User who needs to keep their information must download the same within the three-month buffer period.
